摘要
针对航行通告的影响在航班运行安全、正点方面精细化放行进行研究。首先航行通告的定义及作用做了简单介绍,然后对航空公司的签派放行流程做了分析,最后通过某日国航实际运行的"重庆—乌鲁木齐"航线为例对航班精细化放行进行介绍和案例分析,强调航班精细化放行的作用和意义。
This paper analyzes the refined management in flight dispatch releases based on NOTAMs with an introduction to the definition and roles of the NOTAM, and an analysis on the flight dispatching system of the airlines, and the effects and the significance of refined management in flight dispatch releases, as is shown in the case of a schedule flight from Chongqing to Urumqi of Air China.
