摘要
巨大芽孢杆菌是一种很有潜力的功能型细菌,具有营养要求低、培养条件简便、生长快等优点,现已广泛应用于工业和学术研究领域.针对巨大芽孢杆菌在微生物肥料、生物防治、畜牧养殖、水体净化和表达系统上的研究和应用进行综述,为进一步研究和应用巨大芽孢杆菌提供参考.
Bacillus megaterium is a potential kind of functional bacteria, it has some advantages： nutritional requirements are low; culture conditions are easy; it multiply very fast and so on, so it is used in industry and academic fields. The research status and application of Bacillus megaterium on microbial fertilize, biological control, livestock breeding, water purification and expression system were summarized in this paper, which will provide the theoretical basis for further study of Bacillus megaterium.
