摘要 为了给花生热风干燥及设备参数的调整提供理论依据,探讨了不同干燥风温(35、40、45、50℃)、装料量(100、300、500g)、风速(0.1、0.3、0.5m/s)条件下花生的干燥特性,并建立了花生热风干燥动力学模型。结果表明:随着干燥风温的升高、装料量的减少、风速的增加,花生干燥时间缩短。花生热风干燥过程初期处于短暂的干燥增速阶段,之后大部分处于降速干燥阶段,无明显的恒速干燥阶段,花生热风干燥的动力学模型符合Page方程MR=exp(-rt N),其中r=e-3.616 69+0.002 047T-0.007 1 W+0.433 96V,N=0.294 92+0.006 25T+0.000 91W+0.164 95V,该模型预测值与试验值拟合良好,可用于描述花生热风干燥过程。 In order to provide a theoretical foundation for hot air drying of peanut and adjustment of device parameters,the drying characteristics of peanut were investigated under different air temperatures(35,40,45,50℃),loading amount(100,300,500g)and air velocities(0.1,0.3,0.5m/s),and a hot air drying dynamics model of peanut was also established.The result showed that the drying time was shortened with the increase of air temperature and air velocity and the decrease of loading amount.The hot air drying procedure of peanut included a short speedincreasing drying stage initially,then mostly a speed-falling drying stage,and had no significant segment of constant speed.The dynamics model was in line with Page equation MR=exp(-rt N),where r=e-3.616 69+0.002 047T-0.007 1 W+0.433 96 V,N=0.294 92+0.006 25T+0.000 91 W +0.164 95 V.The predicted values of the model were nearly consistent with the observed values,and the drying procedure can be exactly described by the model.
