摘要
丁酸钠具有促进动物生长、提高饲料转化效率、抑制肠道病原菌繁殖和提高机体免疫能力等作用。本文综述了丁酸钠的理化性质、吸收代谢、生物学功能及其在畜禽养殖上的应用现状。
Sodium butyrate is a potential functional feed additive, which plays an important role in promoting animal growth, improving feed conversion efficiency, suppressing intestinal pathogens and enhancing the immune capacity. The physical and chemical properties, absorption metabolism, biological effects of sodium butyrate and the application in livestock production were reviewed in this article.
