摘要
在NH3 ·H2 O介质中 ,以Mn(Ⅱ )催化H2 O2 氧化二甲苯胺兰Ⅱ褪色为指示反应 ,建立了痕量锰的动力学光度分析新方法。在沸水浴中加热 10min ,测定的线性范围为 0 - 0 .30 μg/ 2 5mLMn(Ⅱ ) ,回归方程为log(A0 /At)=1.5 13CMn2 + (μg/ 2 5mL) +0 .0 0 5 89,r=0 .9996 ,检出限为 2 .6 2× 10 -5μg/mL。方法应用于茶叶中锰的测定 。
Manganese(Ⅱ) can catalyze the oxidafive reaction of xylidyl blue(Ⅱ) with H 2O 2 in the medium of NH 3·H 2O,the optimum condition influencing the rate of catalytic decolourizmg reaction was investigated.A linear range from 0 to 0.30 μg/25 mL is obtained and the limitafion of detection for Mn(Ⅱ) is 2.62×10 -5 μg/mL.This method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in tea.
