摘要
文章从天、地、生综合角度考察青藏高原生态环境与人类社会发展的相互关系,提出了根据高原生态环境和藏族地区特点实施可持续发展战略的原则、思路和措施。认为生态环境保护与建设是高原社会发展的前提。
On the footing of investigating the mutual relation between the ecological environment of Qing - Zang highland and social development from the comprehensive angles of climate, geology and living things, this article put forward the principle, thinking and countermeasure of carrying out the strategy of sustained development according to the characteristics of highland' s ecological environment and Tibetan areas. It is held by the author that social development of highland is predicated on the protection and construction of ecological environment.
