介绍了粉末法、盐浴法和等离子体法等几种应用于模具表面强化的渗金属技术的工作原理、特点、应用现状、研究进展、存在的问题和发展趋势。
The main techniques of diffusion metallizing used in the surface strengthening of die are introduced so as powder diffusion metallizing,salt bath diffusion metallizing and plasma diffusion metallzing. Their basic principles,features,application state and research achievement are summarized.In addition,the problems and research trend of the techniques are involved. The technique of surface diffusion metallizing for die is regarded as an important way for prolonging die service life.
