摘要
目的:研究中华大蒜油对大鼠实验性高脂血症的防治作用.方法:SD大鼠50只随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组和绞股蓝总甙阳性对照组.第1组大鼠给予普通饲料,第2~5组均给予高脂饲料,第3、4组分别ig中华大蒜油1.5 mg/kg和3 mg/kg,第5组ig绞股蓝总甙60 mg/kg.每d给药1次,连续28 d.酶法测定甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)的含量.计算动脉粥样硬化指数(AI).结果:中华大蒜油可明显降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C、VLDL-C,并能明显降低AI.结论:中华大蒜油对大鼠实验性高脂血症具有明显防治作用.
Aim: To study the effects of garlic essential oil on experimental hyperlipidermia in rats. Methods: A total of 50 rats were randomly allocated into 5 groups: sham control group, hyperlipidemia model group, low-dose garlic essential oil group, high-dose garlic essential oil group, and positive control group. The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipid cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipid cholesterol ( HDL-C), and VLDL-C were determined by enzyme method. The atherosclerosis oindex was calculated. Results: Garlic essential oil significantly decreased the serum contents of TG.TC, LDL-C, VLDL-C, and AI. Conclusion: Garlic essential oil can prevent and treat experimental hyperlipidemia in rats.
