摘要
目的探讨丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂A1(serPinA1)在肾癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用二维色谱与质谱联用技术筛选丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂A1的表达差异,应用免疫组化技术验证丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂A1的差异表达。结果根据质谱鉴定结果,将丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂A1在癌组织与癌旁组织中的表达进行比较,其明显高表达于癌组织,且已在免疫印迹中得到证实。结论丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂对肾癌的诊断及治疗有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of serPinA1,a serine protease inhibitor,in renal carcinoma.Methods Two-dimensional chromatogram and mass spectrometry were used to screen the differences in serine protease inhibitor A1.Results By mass spectrometry,the expression level of serPinA1 protein was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tissue and was confirmed in the western blotting.Conclusion SerPinA1 protein is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of renal carcinoma.
