摘要
采用挤压铸造和挤压铸造+等温模锻工艺制备了AZ81合金汽车控制臂,对比分析了两种不同生产工艺下AZ81合金的显微组织、拉伸力学性能和硬度。结果表明,挤压铸造AZ81合金由粗大的树枝状α-Mg和网状分布的β-Mg17Al12相组成,挤压铸造+等温模锻AZ81合金发生了明显动态再结晶,且组织中未见明显缩孔等缺陷存在;挤压铸造+等温模锻AZ81合金控制臂的拉伸强度指标均明显高于挤压铸造态的;挤压铸造态AZ81合金拉伸断口呈现韧脆混合断裂特征,而挤压铸造+等温模锻AZ81合金断口呈韧性断裂特征。
The AZ81 alloy control arm was prepared by squeeze casting, squeeze casting and isothermal die forging, the microstructure, tensile properties and hardness of AZ81 alloy were investigated with different processes. The results show that the squeeze casting AZ81 alloy consists of coarse dendritic α-Mg and network distribution β-Mg17Al12 phase, the dynamic recrystallization and no obvious shrinkage porosity defects of AZ81 alloy will be occurred with squeeze casting and isothermal die forging. The tensile strength and elongation properties of AZ81 alloy control arm with squeeze casting and isothermal die forging is significantly higher than that of only squeeze casting. The tensile fracture of AZ81 alloy with squeeze casting present the characteristic of ductile and brittle mixed fracture, while the fracture of AZ81 alloy with squeeze casting and isothermal die forging present the characteristic of ductile fracture.
