摘要
根据循环阳极极化曲线上的环面积、点蚀电势和保护电势等参数与耐蚀性的关系 ,提出了一个关于防腐膜耐腐蚀性能的相对腐蚀指数。采用这种指数对锌铝膜 ( Dacrom et)等多种表面膜的耐腐蚀性能进行了对比评价 ,其客观性得到了全浸腐蚀实验的证实。
A relative corrosion index about corrosion resistance of coatings on metals is defined based on the battering potential, protection potential and loop area obtained from cyclic anodic polarization curves. This index was used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of some films including Dacromet. The results were consistent with the corrosion rates obtained by the salt solution immersion test. It was shown that Dacromet coatings over metal substrates displayed excellent corrosion resistant properties in salt water environment.
