摘要
针对温度低于 50℃的砂岩油藏的调剖堵水 ,在室内研制了一种聚合物 /有机铬冻胶堵剂。该堵剂以超高分子量 ( 2 .4× 1 0 7)部分水解聚丙烯酰胺为主剂 ,以三氯化铬 /醋酸钠体系为交联剂 ,在 3 0— 50℃温度下能形成高强度的冻胶。室内配方研究结果如下 :HPAM用量 80 0— 2 50 0mg/L ,三氯化铬、醋酸钠摩尔比 4— 2 ,有机铬催化剂用量3 0 0— 50 0mg/L ,配制水矿化度 (NaCl含量 )≤ 2 0 0 0 0mg/L ;pH值 5— 9;成胶时间 5h— 7d ,可调 ;形成的冻胶粘度>50 0 0 0mPa·s;稳定性大于 1 80d。
A polymer/chromium gelling fluid as profile modifying/water plugging agent for sandstone reservoirs of low temperatures is prepared in laboratory. The polymer used is an HPAM of M =2.4×10 7 and degree of hydration 25% and the crosslinker-chromium chloride/sodium acetate system. The fluid forms stable gel of viscosity >50 Pa·s at 30-50℃ in 7 days-5 hrs with the gelation time controllable. A series of sieving experiments leads to following basic formulation: HPAM 800-2 500 mg/L; chromium chloride+sodium acetate in molar ratio 1∶4-1∶2 300-500 mg/L; tolal salts dissolved ≤20 000 mg/L; pH value 5-9.
