摘要
利用正交法设计实验 ,研究超细滑石粉 SFT(12 5 0目 )代替 PAM作助凝剂对再生纸造纸废水进行混凝处理。研究结果表明 ,SFT可以替代 PAM,且 PAC+SFT方案的最佳组合方式为 :p H6 .5 ,PAC30 0 mg/ L,SFT3mg/ L。此时 ,浊度去除率为 97%以上 ,色度去除率为 87.7% ,沉降速度提高 35 % ,处理废水用药品成本降低0 .10 46元 /
Designed by means of orthogonal experiment method,experiments were carried cut to study the possibility of SFT as a substitute for PAM to treat wastewater from reproduced papermaking. The results show that SFT can be used as a substitute for PAM. The optimum combination of PAC, SFT and pH value is 300 mg/L,3 mg/L and 6.5. Thus the rate of turbidity removal is up to 97%,that of color removal being 87.7%.setting rate improving 35%,coagulant cost deducting 0.104 6 $/m 3.
