泡沫铝合金成型工艺的试验研究

摘要 选择食盐粒子作为填料进行正交试验,系统研究了模温、粒子预热温度和铝液浇注温 度对渗流铸造泡沫铝合金成型工艺的影响,并对试验结果作了理论分析。合理选择三种不同 温度是生产泡沫铝的前提,有效的充型压力才能保证有完整的泡沫铝成型。 Choosing salt particle as packing materials, orthogonal experiment has been developed to study systematically the effects of die temperature, preheati ng temperature of granules and pouring temperature of molten aluminium on the fo rming technology of penetrating casting foam aluminium alloy, and the experiment results were analyzed theoretically. It is considered that choosing three diffe rent temperatures rightly is prerequisite to produce the foam aluminum and that the effective forming pressure can ensure the integral forming of foam aluminium .
