摘要
阐述了国内外煤焦油加工工艺的现状及进展,系统地总结了精细蒸馏、共沸蒸馏、晶析、吸附等新工艺以及超临界流体萃取、高压晶析、形成络全物、反应分离、脱分离和溶剂萃取等多种分离新技术在煤焦油组分分离上的研究与开发,提出了研究煤焦油中各组分间相互作用的基础上,将先进的分离技术与传统工艺有机地结合,可望在简化工艺、降低能耗和消除环境污染的前提下,大幅度改善煤焦油的分离效果。
The present state and the advance of coal tar processing technique at home and abroad were surveyed in this paper. The new separation technology used in coal tar components such as fine distillation, co boiling distillation, crystallization deposition and adsorption were generalized systematically. The outcomes of research and exploitation of the advanced separation technique that used in coal tar components such as supercritical flow extraction, high pressure crystallization separation, form complex, reaction separation, membrane isolation, solvents extraction and so on were summarized too. The view was put forward that in the premise of studying deeply the interactive of each component in coal tar, and traditional technology was integrated organically with advanced separation technique, it will be brought about that simplify working processes, lower energy consumption, eliminate environmental pollution and higher improved separation effictiveness of coal tar.\;
