摘要
将BGO晶体作为光电电压传感器的敏感材料 ,对其温度特性进行了理论分析及实验研究。结果表明 :采用双光路补偿法能使BGO晶体受温度的影响大大减小 ,并且具有良好的重复性和线性 ,可实现软件补偿。经过精心设计的光电电压传感器完全可以满足实用化的要求。
The temperature feature of the crystal BGO which acts as a sensing element of the electric optical voltage transducer is stu died. Both theoretical and experimental results show that the influence of temperature on the crystal BGO decreases greatly with double light channels compensation. The software compensation method may be applied too. An EVOT through deliberative design can fully meet the service requirements.
