摘要
研制了磁吸滚筒式烟草穴盘播种机.该机是由安装在滚筒上的永磁体吸附经丸粒化处理后的烟草种子,实现穴盘播种.确定了丸粒化工艺中铁磁性物质的含量为5%,并计算了磁吸滚筒的结构参数与磁吸点的磁场强度.播种试验结果表明,吸附铁粉含量5%的磁化种子,磁吸头磁感应强度42 mT,播种滚筒转速为50 r·min-1,单播率在5%以下.
This paper introduced a magnetic-type drum tray seeder. The machine was sucking the pel- leted tobacco seeds by permanent magnet nails in the seeding drum. It was determined by the experi- ments that the iron powder weight content of pelleted seeds was 5%. The structure of the drum was de- signed and the magnetic field intensity of magnet points on the drum was calculated. The seeding test results showed that when the average magnetic induction intensity of magnetic points on the drum was 42 mT, and the drum speed was less than 50 . min^-1, the missing seeding rate was below 5%.
