摘要
气体保护网带式热处理炉主要用于镍基合金及不锈钢无缝管的光亮退火,要求采用全氢保护处理。无缝管的光亮程度与保护气氛的纯度、露点及流量存在相应的关系。
Gas shielded net-belt type heat treatment furnace is mainly used for bright annealing of nickel base alloy and stainless steel seamless tube under full hydrogen protect. There is a corresponding relationship between the degree of brightness of seamless tube and the purity ,dew-point and flow of protective atmosphere.
