摘要
在动力传动装置中,轴毂联接器是比较常用的基础部件,由于液压胀紧式联接器(又称液压胀套)结构与工作原理的独特性,使其具有快速安装和过载保护的功能。应用薄壁圆筒的无矩理论和有矩理论推导了联接器腔内压强与环形夹层变形量的公式,并借助于实验来验证理论公式的正确性;进一步分析产生相对误差的原因,使其对生产具有一定的指导作用。
The shaft-hub coupling is a basic component used in power transmission. Due to the unique structure and working principle of the hydraulic expansion tight coupling (also known as hydraulic expansion sets),it has the functions of fast installation and overload protection. Use of the no momental theory and the momental theory of thin cylinder,the relationship between coupling cavity pressure and amount of ring mezzanine deformation was deduced. Through experimental tests,the correctness of the theoretical formula was verified,then the causes of relative error were analyzed.
