摘要
络脉是经络重要的组成部分,本文从整理文献的角度,以针灸学为切入点探析络脉的内涵,明确其概念、结构分类、分布循行、络病病理变化及针灸治疗。以期指导临床提高络病治疗疗效、推动络病发展。
Collaterals is an important part of the meridian system. By reviewing literatures, this paper explores the connotation of collat- erals from the perspective of acupuncture to clearly indicate the collaterals＇ concept, structure categories, distribution on body, patho- logical changes and acupuncture treatment field. It is expected to promote the development of collateral pathology and meanwhile improve its clinical therapy standard accordingly.
