摘要
以凹凸棒土烧结滤料为吸附剂,研究了pH、酸性红浓度、滤料投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度对酸性红88吸附效果的影响。拟合了吸附等温线,并讨论了热力学与动力学的性质。结果表明,伪二级动力学模型能很好的描述动力学规律,计算得ΔG为负值,吸附过程自发进行。滤料投加量0.2 g,吸附温度30℃,pH为3,吸附时间为12 h时吸附效果较好。此条件下对25 mg/L的酸性红88去除率达到93.17%。
The adsorption of acid red 88( AR88) in aqueous solution adsorbed by sintered Attapulgite filter media were investigated. During the experiment,pH,the concentration of AR88,the dosage of filter media,adsorption time,impact of temperature on the adsorption effect were investigated according to the control principle of single variable. The adsorption isotherms were linearized,and the thermodynamics and dynamics for the adsorption were discussed. The absorption of AR88 followed pseudo-second-order-kinetics,ΔG turned out to be a negative value,which means that the adsorption process was spontaneous. The adsorption effect was well in terms of pH for 3,30 ℃,12 h for adsorption and the dosage for 0. 2 g. In this case,the removal rate of AR88( 25 mg / L) run up to 93. 17%,as a kind of economic filter media,sintered Attapulgite filter media get a bright future in the practical engineering application.
