摘要
为了探讨长穗颈温敏核不育水稻自交结实期剑叶的生理特点,以长穗颈温敏核不育水稻长选3S及其亲本温敏核不育水稻培矮64S为材料,采用冷水灌溉繁殖的方法,比较研究了自交结实期剑叶的生理特性。结果表明,在灌浆结实过程中,长选3S和培矮64S剑叶叶绿素含量均随灌浆进程逐渐下降,剑叶中的谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合成酶(SS)等酶活性及可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、蔗糖含量均随灌浆进程先升后降,呈单峰曲线变化,但两者达到峰值的时间及在同一时期的酶活性大小、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量及蔗糖含量存在差异。就整个灌浆结实期而言,长选3S剑叶中GPT、GOT、SS及SPS等酶平均活性比培矮64S的分别高20.88%、16.32%、3.96%、3.1%,可溶性蛋白质、蔗糖、叶绿素及可溶性糖等平均含量比培矮64S的分别高13.24%、2.60%、0.80%、0.66%,由本试验结果可推断长穗颈温敏核不育水稻长选3S在自交结实期剑叶的碳、氮代谢能力比培矮64S的稍强。
Changxuan 3S,a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) rice with the elongated uppermost intemode (eui) gene,which was derived from TGMS rice Pei' ai 64S by irradiation with 350 Gy60Co γ-rsy,was used as tested materials.In order to elucidate the physiological characteristics of flag leaf of Changxuan 3S during grain filling period,we used low temperature underground water to irrigate consecutively Changxuan 3S and its wild type parent Pei' ai 64S to multiply them and studied the physiological characteristics of their flag leaves during grain filling period.The results showed that with the process of grain filling,the chlorophyll content deceased gradually,and the activities of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),sucrose synthase (SS),sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) and the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,sucrose increased gradually and then declined slowly,showing a single-peak curve in the flag leaves of Changxuan 3S and Pei' ai 64S.But,the peak times of the four enzyme activities and the contents of soluble protein,sucrose,chlorophyll and soluble sugar was different between the two cultivars,and the four enzyme activities and the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar,sucrose between two cultivam were different at the same filling stage.During the whole stage of grain filling,compared to Pei' ai 64S,the average activities of GPT,GOT,SS,SPS of the flag leaves in Changxuan 3S were 20.88 %,16.32 %,3.96 % and 3.1% greater,respectively,and the average contents of soluble protein,sucrose,chlorophyll and soluble sugar were 13.24 %,2.60 %,0.8 % and 0.66 % greater,respectively.It was concluded that the ability of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in flag leaf was stronger in Changxuan 3S than that in Pei' ai 64S during grain filling period.
