摘要
微生物絮凝剂具有高效、无毒、无二次污染等特点,是一种具有良好应用前景的天然有机高分子絮凝剂。然而,微生物絮凝剂的高制备成本限制了其推广应用。降低生产成本已成为微生物絮凝剂工业化制备过程中亟需解决的问题。在分析微生物絮凝剂制备成本偏高原因的基础上,系统介绍了近年来国内外关于微生物絮凝剂制备的最新进展,包括利用复合菌群产微生物絮凝剂、利用廉价替代培养基制备微生物絮凝剂和利用剩余污泥制备微生物絮凝剂等;针对现有研究的不足,展望了微生物絮凝剂制备的发展趋势。
Characterized as highefficiency, nontoxicity, no secondary pollution, etc. (MBF) is a kind of natural organic flocculant which has good application prospect. However, preparation limits its wide application. Thus it is critical for the industrialized preparation of , microbial flocculant the high cost of MBF MBF to cut down its preparation cost. After analyzing the factors which arouse its high preparation cost, this paper introduces the recent research progress on the MBF preparation. The MBF preparation methods with low cost can be generally divided into three types: compound bacteria,alternative culture media, excess sludge. According to the shortages of the present re searches,the development trends of MBF preparation are discussed to provide references for the subsequent researches in the field.
