摘要
本文着重将电动汽车区域性示范运行视为一个由7个子系统构成的系统工程,通过研究和界定子模块的关联机制和构成要素,从统筹评价的角度建立了电动汽车示范运行评价体系,为示范城市政府指导、评估各种示范运行方案提供方法论的基础和决策依据,为厂商的规模化和商业化推广电动车提供理论思路。
This paper considered the electric vehicle demonstration project as a system composed of seven sub-systems. By analyzing and defining the mechanisms and associations of each components, an evaluation system of electric vehicle demonstration has been established. The system provides a theoretical basis and ideas for the evaluation of electric vehicles promotion programs for local governments and manufacturers
