摘要
通过对文献报道的盐酸乙胺丁醇的合成路线进行总结分析,以右旋氨基丁醇和1,2-二氯乙烷为原料,优化投料比为12∶1,于120℃下加热反应5 h得到乙胺丁醇,然后再与干燥氯化氢气体成盐酸盐,制得盐酸乙胺丁醇,总产率为57.28%。1H-NMR、13C-NMR确证了化合物的结构。该论文为盐酸乙胺丁醇的工业化生产提供了一种较为合理可行的方法。
By summarizing and analyzing the synthetic route of ethambutol from literatures, the ethambutol was synthesized using the commercially supplied D - amino alcohol and 1,2 - dichloroethane as the raw material at 120℃ for 5 h, and then reacted with hydrochloride to obtain ethambutol hydrochloride in which raw ratio was optimized to 12 : 1. The overall yield of title compound was 57.28%. The structure was confirmed by 1H - NMR and ^13C - NMR. A more reasonable method for the production process of ethambutol hydrochloride can be provided.
