摘要
为减少开关器件电压应力和电流应力,实现软开关,提高功率密度,讨论了SVG系统中应用辅助谐振换流极技术的三相三电平逆变器。文章通过分析ARCP二极管箝位型逆变器的工作过程,得到完成软开关的时间与负载电流和完成谐振所需的泵升电流之间的关系,以此决定辅助开关管的开通时刻。通过仿真和实验,验证了理论的正确性。
In order to reduce voltage stress and current stress of the switching device, and to achieve soft switching, enhance power density, the paper discussed the application of 3 - phase 3 - level inverter applying auxiliary resonant commutated pole technique in the SVG system. Through the analysis of the working process of the ARCP diode clamped inverter, the relationship between soft switching time, load current and pumping current to complete resonance, the turn - on time of auxiliary switch was determined. Through simulation and experiment, the validity of the theory was proved.
