摘要
【目的】对常规籼稻品种扬稻6号的早熟突变体扬6早的特征特性进行观察、鉴定,为其在生产上的应用提供参考。【方法】分别于不同时期播种,大田记录生育期、株高、穗长、单株有效穗、结实率、千粒重等,并鉴定米质和稻蔸越冬性;在室内低温条件下测定苗期叶片电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性糖等的变化;对不同密度处理的扬6早再生力进行鉴定。【结果】扬6早生育期为99 d,比扬稻6号少32 d;与扬稻6号相比,扬6早除结实率和每穗实粒数略高外,其他主要性状尤其是单株有效穗数明显降低;扬6早米粒蛋白质含量较高,而直链淀粉含量较扬稻6号低,米饭柔软,粘聚性好,食味佳。扬6早轻感稻瘟病,抗病性和抗寒性均优于扬稻6号,且稻蔸越冬性较好。在不同种植密度条件下,以每穴3苗、株行距16.7 cm×20.0 cm处理的出苗总数、稻蔸成活率、每蔸平均出苗数较高,扬6早表现较强的再生能力。【结论】扬6早株型适中,抗倒、抗病、抗寒,长势好,再生力较强,米质食味性好,在华南稻作区可作早稻种植,收获后稻田可作晚稻秧田。
[Objective]Yang 6 Zao,an early-maturing mutant found from conventional indica variety Yangdao 6,was observed and identified in order to provide references for its applic ation in production.[Method]In the field conditions,growth period,plant height,spike length,effective panicle per plant,seed setting rate,1000-grain weight and other major traits including rice quality and over-winter ability were observed as seeds were sowed at different time.The cold resistance was identified by measuring physiological and biochemical indexes such as conductivity,proline and soluble sugar in seedling stage under indoor low temperature conditions.The regenerative capacity of Yang 6 Zao in different density was also analyzed.[Result]Growth period of Yang 6 Zao (99 d) was shorter than that of Yangdao 6 by 32 days.Compared with Yangdao 6,Yang 6 Zao had greater setting rate and grain number per ear,however its other traits specially effective ear number per plant were significantly smaller.Yang 6 Zao had higher content of protein in rice,but lower content of amylase.Yang 6 Zao was soft,sticky and delicious.Yang 6 Zao was slightly susceptible to rice blast.Yang 6 Zao had better disease-resistance and cold-resistance than Yangdao 6 and showed better over-wintering.In different planting densities,under the conditions of three seedlings per hole and plant distance of 16.7 cm×20.0 cm,total seedlings,survival rate and average seedling number were higher,and Yang 6 Zao showed robust regenerative capacity.[Conclusion]Yang 6 Zao could be used as early rice in South China rice area,and used for late rice seedling raising after harvest because it is medium plant tyre lodging-resistant,anti-cold,strong growth vigor and regenerative capacity,robust and yummy.
