摘要
将二点叶螨的三种抗性种群所产生的卵分别置于 1 6℃、2 1℃、2 6℃、31℃、36℃的条件下系统饲养。结果表明 :温度对抗性二点叶螨的发育有明显的刺激效应 ,刺激效应从大到小依次为 :产卵前期、卵期、幼螨期、成螨期、若螨期、产卵期 ,2 6℃时刺激效应最低。与敏感种群相比 ,不同温度下的各抗性种群发育历期缩短率分别为 :甲氰菊酯种群为 2 0 .2 8%、氧化乐果种群为 2 3.2 1 %、螨嗪菊酯种群为 35 .6 5 % ,各抗性种群在 2 6℃时的产卵期最长 ,产卵量最高。各抗性种群在不同温度条件下的产卵量和产卵期均低于敏感种群 ,表现出明显的生殖不利性。
The ova of three resistant population of Tetranchus urticae were reared in syste matic way under 16 ℃,21 ℃,26 ℃,31 ℃,36 ℃. The results showed that the temperature to development of resistance population in Tetranychus urticae has obvious stimulation effect which was from high to low in the order:preoviposit period,ovum period,larva,adult,nymph,oviposit period.The lowest stimulation effect is at 26 ℃, as compared with susceptible population, the shorten rate of development period of the three resistant population were 20.28% (fenpropathrin),23.21%(omethoate) and 35.65%(fenpropathrin clofentezine) respectively.The Longest oviposit period and the hightest oviposit quantity of three resistant population was at 26 ℃, The oviposit period and oviposit quantity of three resistant population were lower than the susceptible population under different temperature condition. It is obvious that fecundity of temperature to the resistant popuation of Tetranychus urticae was unfavourable.
