基于BP算法的安全系数决策实证研究

摘要 在随机型的库存控制模型中,需要对安全库存进行分析,并确定适当的安全库存量,这样可以避免出现缺货现象,也能使企业的库存控制在合理的水平,从而减少库存各项费用。讨论了企业安全库存的含义及其决策理论、方法,并给出了库存各项费用的计算表达式。最后通过一个实例,运用BP算法论述了安全库存及安全系数的选取,并对研究内容作了总结。 To stochastic inventory models, it is necessary to analyze the safety stock and determine appropriate quantity of the safety stock. So that it can avoid the phenomenon of out of stock, also can make the enterprise inventory in a reasonable level and reduce inventory cost. The safety stock was defined and its decision - making theory and method were discussed. Calculation formulas of inventory cost were presented. Finally, selection of safety stock and safety coefficient was discussed by the application of BP algorithm combined with the example of T company, and the summary of research contents was presented.
