摘要
以国兰根尖、茎尖为组培外植体,以乙醇、次氯酸钠、升汞为消毒剂进行消毒试验,结果表明:外植体用75%乙醇浸泡30s后,在10%次氯酸钠中消毒20min能有效降低外植体污染率,保持较高成活率。
The explant disinfection experiment adopts orchid root and shoot tips as the tissue culture materials, alcohol, sodi- um hypochlorite,mercuric chloride as disinfectant. The results indicate that ~ after the explant is soaked in 750% alcohol for 30s, and disinfected in 10% sodium hypochlorite solution for20 min, the pollution rate of explant can be effectively reduced, and the survival rate can be increased.
