摘要
采用毛细管流变仪、冲击试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)共混合金的流变性能和成型温度对冲击强度的影响。结果表明,共混物的表观黏度和假塑性随着TPEE含量的增加而提高,TPEE对PTT具有较好的增粘效果,有利于改善PTT的加工性能;且TPEE对PTT还具有良好的增韧效果,但共混材料的韧性随着成型温度的升高而降低,主要是由于在较高的成型温度下共混材料的结晶度较高,高结晶度的样条具有较低的韧性。
In order to toughen poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) material, thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) was blended with PTT to prepare PTT/TPEE blends. Their rheology behaviors, impact strength dependence on molding temperatures were investigated by capillary rheometer, impact tester, wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. The results suggest that the apparent viscosities and the pseudoplasticity of PTT/TPEE blends increase with increasing TPEE contents, and TPEE has good effect on improving the processing viscosity of PTT. TPEE also has good toughening effect on the blend materials but the toughness decreases with increasing molding temperatures from 25 ℃ to 75 ℃ due to the increase of their crystallinity.
