摘要
基于CFD软件平台,利用滑移网格法,采用RNG模型和SIMPLEC算法对不同楔角的液力缓速器进行三维数值模拟,得出了液力缓速器内部流场的压力及速度分布云图,在此基础上对制动转矩进行比较.结果表明:随着制动叶片楔角的逐渐减小,制动转矩逐渐增加.
Based on CFD software platform, the numerical simulation of internal characteristic of hydraulic retarder was performed by moving mesh method with the RNG turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm simultaneously, the internal characteristics of velocity and pressure distribution were analyzed through the numerical simulation and post-processing. Comparing the calculation braking torque with the simulation results, the brake increases with the blade wedge angle increasing.
