摘要
在不同预热温度与层间温度对6005A-T4铝合金型材进行熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)焊接试验,利用金相显微镜、X射线探伤仪及力学性能检测设备,测试焊接接头的组织和性能。结果表明,预热温度与层间温度过低时,焊接接头会产生显微裂纹。适当地提高焊接接头的预热温度与层间温度,可以有效地消除显微裂纹。
The welding experiment was carried out on 6005A-T4 aluminum alloy profile with MIG (metal inert-gas welding) in different preheat temperature and interpass tempera- ture. The microstructure and properties of the welding joint were analyzed with optical micro- scope, X-ray detector and mechanical properties test equipment etc. The results show that the low preheating temperature and interpass temperature can cause microscopic cracks. Eleva- ting the preheating temperature and interpass temperature of welding joint properly can elimi- nate microscopic cracks effectively.
