单片机控制脉冲TIG焊设备斩波电路研究

摘要 采用时代逆变为前级恒流源,选用绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)作为斩波电路的开关管。控制电路以8位高性能单片机AT89C2051为核心,对整个电源进行实时精确控制。产生的脉冲信号,再经IGBT专用驱动模块2SD315AI-33进行功率放大触发IGBT,以实现功率的输出。通过调试和试验,测出了一系列的波形,并对这些波形进行分析。试验表明,该逆变电源的主电路和控制系统设计合理,运行可靠,实现了脉冲TIG焊功能。 Time inverter is applied to former step constant current power source and the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor ( IG- BT) is selected in this paper. In order to obtain accurate and real-time control, high performance 8-bit single-chip micro- computer AT89C2051 is adopted for control kernel. The pulse signal from single-chip microcomputer are used to spring IGBT after they are magnified by driving module 2SD315AI-33. A series of waves are measured and analyzed by testing and experi- ments . Some conclusions are drawn from those waves. It is shown in this paper that the main circuit and the controlling sys- tem work well in the welding process, and pulse TIG welding is realized.
