摘要
本文对细胞凋亡的概念、特征及检测方法进行了描述 ,并对辐射诱发细胞凋亡的机制、基因调控及细胞凋亡在临床肿瘤治疗中的意义等方面的研究状况作了介绍。
The article described the concept, characteristic and detection of apoptosis, based on the progress of this subject abroad, and introduced the mechanism of inducing tumor cell apoptosis, gene regulation and significance of apoptosis in treating tumor.
