摘要
根据糙米发芽的生产工艺设计一套自动生产发芽糙米的设备。该套设备以立式发酵罐为主体,定时进行搅拌、通水和通气;设备的保温、保湿和通气功能由S7-200和smart700IE组成的自动控制系统来实现。生产试验结果表明,设备的性能完全符合发芽糙米的工业化生产要求;所生产出的发芽糙米,经检测其发芽率大于85%,完全达到企业制定的生产标准,说明该设备可以用于发芽糙米的工业化生产。
The equipment was designed to produce germinated brown rice automatically according to the production process of brown rice germinating.It is mainly composed of a vertical fermented.It can stir water and ventilate regularly.The functions of heat preservation,moisturizing and oxygen supplying are achieved by using the automatic control system which is composed of a S7-200 and a smart700IE.It is showed that its performance has been in full compliance with the requirements of the in dustrial production of germinated brown rice by the production test results.The germination rate of the germinated brown rice which was produced by it are more than 85% after being tested,and meets the production standards established by the enterprise.So the device can be used for the industrialized production of germinated brown rice.
