摘要
提出一种基于FPGA技术的时栅传感器信息处理系统解决方案,该系统通过在单片FPGA上基于NoisⅡ软核实现整个系统的构建。经过对时栅传感器样机的测试,完成了利用高频脉冲插补感应信号和参考信号之间相位检测,实现了高精度、高分辨力测量角位移量。
A solution of time grating sensor signal processing based on FPGA technology was presented.It achieved the construct of the whole system with NiosII software on single-chip PFGA.Through test the time grating sensor,high precision,high resolution measurement of angular displacement was achieved,phase detector between reference signal and induction signal with high frequency pulse interpolation was realized.
