摘要
从射干麻黄汤的药理作用,咳嗽变异性哮喘的病因病机,射干麻黄汤在咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的临床疗效及其作用机理等方面归纳总结射干麻黄汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的近期研究概况,并指出目前的研究失衡之处及今后的发展方向,为射干麻黄汤更广泛、更安全地应用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗提供理论依据。
It summarized the current progress of therapy about Shegan Mahuang Decoction in cough variant asthma from the aspects of pharmacological effects of Shegan Mahuang Decoction, the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma, the efficacy and mechanism of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in cough variant asthm,i. The article indicated the unbalance of current researches and the development direction in the tuture, in order to provide theoretical basis for Shegan Mahuang Decoction which can be used more widely and scientifically in the treatment of cough variant asthma.
