摘要 目的:建立忍冬不同农家品种的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴别方法。方法:种子蛋白SDS-PAGE(十二烷基磺酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳))分析,叶片POD(过氧化物酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳)分析。结果:忍冬不同农家品种间种子蛋白电泳图谱有较大相似性,表明品种间亲缘关系较近;不同农家品种间过氧化物酶图谱差异较大。结论:种子蛋白电泳图谱不能作为农家品种区分的依据,叶片过氧化物酶图谱可作为不同农家品种区分的依据。 Objective:To set up a method for identifying different cultivars of Lonicerae japonica by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). Methods:SDS- PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis)for seed protein and POD (peroxidase isoenzymes) for leaf were used. Results:Analysis of seed protein gel electrophoresis showed that there was great similarity in bands among different cuhivars, which showed nearer relationship. On the contrary, there were many differences in isoenzyme bands among different cuhivars. Conclusion : Bands of SDS - PAGE for seed protein could not be used to distinguish different cuhivars, but bands of isoenzyme could.
