摘要
目的考察丹皮酚在不同固体制剂中的保留率,筛选提高丹皮酚保留率的剂型和方法。方法根据影响丹皮酚稳定性的主要因素,采用高效液相色谱法,以丹皮酚的质量分数为指标,考察丹皮酚在颗粒剂、素片、糖衣片、包合物和自乳化片5种固体制剂分别在包装或未包装条件下的保留率。结果自乳化片中丹皮酚的稳定性较好,在无包装条件下,加速稳定性考察24 h,保留率达到95.60%;在包装条件下,加速稳定性考察6个月时的保留率达82.42%。结论新技术以及较好的包装材料能有效降低丹皮酚的损失,提高其在固体制剂中的保留率。
Objective To screen the new dosage forms and technology with high retaining rate of paeonol.Methods Five solid preparations(granule,tablet,sugar-coated tablet,inclusion compound,and self-emulsifying tablet) were made according to the unstable factors of paeonol and the retaining rate of paeonol with or without package,and the concentration of paeonol was determined by HPLC.Results Paeonol in self-emulsifying tablet had showed the highest stability,in which the retaining rate of paeonol was 95.60% in 24 hours without package and 82.42% in 6 months with package.Conclusion The retaining rate of paeonol in solid preparations can be improved by using new technology and high quality packaging material.
