摘要
民族的发展进步与国家的繁荣富强都必须有明确的战略目标。党的十七届六中全会提出新时期要进一步深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大繁荣大发展。从时代要求与战略全局出发,以高度的文化自觉和文化自信,明确提出建设社会主义文化强国的奋斗目标。本文以新时期社会主义文化建设为切入点,分析文化战略在文化建设与发展中的重要意义,阐述我国文化发展战略的历史演进过程。
