摘要
目的:研究羟丙基-β-环糊精对二氢杨梅素(DMY)的增溶作用。方法:采用相溶解度法研究不同温度下羟丙基-β-环糊精对二氢杨梅素的包合作用,HPLC测定二氢杨梅素含量。结果:溶液中DMY与HP-β-CD质量浓度呈线性相关,相溶解度曲线呈AL型,包合物中DMY与HP-β-CD物质的量比1∶1,于25,35,45℃下表观稳定常数分别为500.0,944.8,2 449.8mol.L-1。结论:HP-β-CD对DMY有较好的增溶作用。
Objective:To study on solubilization of dihydromyricetin(DMY) by hydroxpropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD).Method:Inclusion of HP-β-CD on DMY under different temperatures was investigated by phase-solubility method.The content of DMY was determined by HPLC.Result:With increasing of HP-β-CD in aqueous solution,solubility of DMY increased linearly,which showed typical AL-type phase solubility diagram.The molar ratio of DMY and HP-β-CD in the inclusion complex was 1∶ 1.The apparent stability constants of inclusion reaction at 25,35,45 ℃ were determined as 500.0,944.8,2 449.8 mol · L-1,respectively.Conclusion:The solubility of DMY was improved remarkably by HP-β-CD inclusion.
