摘要
目的观察多功能5F tigerⅠ导管与6F Judkins导管两种不同类型导管在经桡动脉途经冠状动脉造影的应用效果。方法对入选326例患者随机分为两组,A组163例,采用6F Judkins导管行经桡动脉途经冠脉造影;B组163例,采用多功能5F ti-gerⅠ造影导管行经桡动脉冠脉造影,对比两组冠状动脉造影手术成功率,X线透视时间,手术操作时间及手术并发症情况。结果 (1)6F Judkins造影导管和多功能5F tigerⅠ导管经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影成功率分别为98%和97.5%,6F Judkins导管略高于多功能5F tigerⅠ导管,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)6F Judkins导管组的冠状动脉造影手术操作时间为(31.8±9.8)min,而多功能5F tigerⅠ导管组为(22.5±7.7)min,明显短于6F Judkins导管组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能5F tigerⅠ比6F Judkins导管行冠脉造影不仅安全可靠,手术成功率高,且减少透视时间,手术操作时间短,并发症少,并且有效降低冠状动脉造影操作中桡动脉痉挛的发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the feasibility and safety of multifunction catheter of 5F Tiger Ⅰand 6F Judkins in transradial coronary angiography.Methods 328 patients were divided into two groups.163 patients in group A were administered coronary angiography with 6F Judkins catheter,while 163 patients in group B underwent coronary angiography with 5F TigerⅠ catheter.We compared the success rate of operation,fluoroscopy time,operation time and operative complications in two groups.Results The success rate of Judkins catheter in coronary artery angiography was 98%,and that of 5F Tiger Ⅰ catheter was 97.5%(P0.05).The average operative time in group A(31.8±9.8)min was longer than that in group B(22.5±7.7 min,P0.05).Conclusions Multifunction 5F Tiger Ⅰ catheter has higher success rate of operation,fewer fluoroscopy time,fewer operative time and fewer operative complications,which is feasible and safe in transradial coronary angiography.It is worth promotion in clinical practice.
