摘要
以对甲酚作为蚕丝丝素的酚羟基的模拟物,应用反相离子对高效液相色谱技术研究酚羟基与二氟一氯嘧啶型活性染料黛棉丽蓝K-2RL在不同条件下的反应性能。试验结果表明:在60~80℃、pH=8~10的条件下,酚羟基与黛棉丽蓝K-2RL有很好的反应性,在与碱液中羟基的竞争反应中酚羟基占有明显的优势,染料上的2个氟原子均可分别或同时与酚羟基反应,其主要反应产物有4种。根据模拟反应结果推断蚕丝纤维表面富集的酚羟基是二氟一氯嘧啶型活性染料与蚕丝纤维反应固着的重要基团。
Using p-methyl-phenol to simulate the phenolic hydroxyl groups of silk fibroin, the reaction property of Drimarene Blue K-2RL, a 2,4-difluoro-5-chloropyrimidine reactive dye, with phenolic hydroxyl groups was investigated under different conditions by means of reverse phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that phenolic hydroxyl groups had very good reactivity with Drimarene Blue K-2RL at 60 -80 ℃ and pH 8 -10. The phenolic hydroxyl groups had obvious advantage in the competition reaction with hydroxyl groups of alkaline solution. The two fluorine atoms of the dye could react with phenolic hydroxyl groups separately or collectively to form four main products. Based on these simulation reaction data, it is inferred that the phenolic hydroxyl groups prevalent on surface of silk fibroin are important groups for reaction and fixation of silk fiber with 2,4-difluoro-5-chloropyrimidine reactive dye.
