摘要
针对石油储罐浮顶在低液位运行时,可能存在的泡沫损失等问题,在10万m3石油储罐上开展了实体实验。研究了石油储罐泡沫在喷洒过程中的损失量,测定了泡沫产生器的性能及泡沫在堰板内的流动速度,同时测定了不同泡沫喷口喷出泡沫的时间。在实验的基础上分析了石油储罐泡沫灭火系统的有效性,与现行的标准、规范进行了对比,并提出了改进建议。
For the floating roof of oil storage tanks located at the low level, the foam loss problem may exist. To study this problem we carry out an experiment on a 100 000 m^3 oil storage tank. The loss of foam in the spraying process, the performance and foam flow rate were determined, and the unbalanced nature of the different foam nozzle was also determined. On the basis of the experimental, the effectiveness of the oil tank foam extinguishing system was analyzed, and was compared with the existing norms. Recommendations for improvement in the oil storage tank foam fire extinguishing system were proposed,too.
