摘要
在全球气候数据和已知的宽叶酢浆草发生地条件下,利用CLIMEX,BIOCLIM,DOMAIN等3种生态位模型结合地理信息系统对宽叶酢浆草在我国的适生区进行了预测,并利用ROC曲线检验了3种方法的可靠性。结果表明,其AUC值都大于0.9,表明预测结果能够正确的反映宽叶酢浆草在我国的潜在适生区。通过选择合适的预测方法,最终得到宽叶酢浆草在我国的适生范围,结果表明宽叶酢浆草能广泛分布在华中、华南和西南的大部分地区。
Based on the global climate data and known broad leaf oxalis occurred conditions in the world, using three ecological niche models such as the CLIMEX, BIOCLIM and DOMAIN, combined with geographical information system, the broad leaf oxalis' s potential suitable distributions in China was forecasted, meanwhile the reliability of the three methods was tested with ROC curve. The results showed that the AUC value was greater than 0.9, indicating that prediction results could correctly reflect the broad leaf oxalis' s potential suitable distribu- tions in China. By choosing apprepliate forecast method, the optimal growth range of broad leaf oxalis in China was found ultimately, and the results also showed that broad leaf oxalis could widely distributed in most regions of the central, southern and southwestern in China.
