摘要
针对8路同步输送的塑帽钉自动装配问题,结合其机械结构,设计了塑帽钉自动装配机的控制系统。该系统以可编程控制器PLC为控制核心,根据其控制要求进行了软、硬件设计。采用对装配件实时检测和控制的方法,解决了各输送路线之间及输送路线内部2种装配件同时到达装配工位的同步控制问题。实验表明,该控制系统能够实现对塑帽钉自动装配机精确、可靠的控制,大大提高了生产效率。
In view of the automatic assembly problem of the 8-way synchronous plastic snap-fasteners transmission lines,combined with its mechanical structure,the control system of the automatic assembly machine for plastic snap-fasteners has been designed and developed.The programmable logic controller PLC works as the core of the control system,the software and hardware were designed for the control requirements.The real-time detection and control methods solved the synchronous control problem which two assemblies arrive at the assembly station simultaneously in each transmission route and between the transportation routes.The experiments show that the control system of the plastic snap-fasteners automatic assembly machine could achieve the precise and reliable controlling,and greatly improve the production efficiency.
