摘要
上海港外高桥二、三期港区要从原靠泊等级5万t级集装箱泊位升级成靠泊等级10万t级集装箱泊位。对原码头平面布置及结构现状进行分析,结合靠泊作业及结构安全性的要求,研究码头升级改造的可行性。提出两种改造方案。经比选后采用打斜钢管桩法,并对陆域斜桩施工难点进行分析、验算桩架稳定性。完成该码头结构升级改造设计。
In order to upgrade the berthing ability of the container berth from 50 000 DWT to 100 000 DWT, the plane layout and the existing structure condition of the original wharf is analyzed. The necessity of upgrading the wharf is studied combined with the requirement of berthing operation and structural safety. Two reconstruction schemes are put forward in this paper. On the basis of the comparison of two schemes, driving inclined steel pipe pile in the rear edge of the wharf is chosen. After analysis and calculation of pile flame stability, the upgrade and improvement design of the wharf structure is completed.
