摘要
针对塔里木油田塔中X号构造和英买X井区水平井钻井井漏、难钻达设计目标的钻井难题,分别提出了水平井精细控压钻井压力控制和水平井欠平衡钻井两种方法。两口井的案例分析表明,水平井精细控压钻井压力控制方法能够通过精确控制不同漏点处的井底压力,在确保井控安全的前提下,最大限度的减少漏失量;水平井欠平衡钻井方法能够及时发现和有效保护油气层,并能防止井漏。文章提出的水平井压力控制方法能够指导现场钻井作业,能为塔里木油田开展的压力控制钻井提供技术支持。
To solve lost circulation in drilling and don't drill to design aim on X structure in the central Tarim and X well of Yinmai,two pressure control methods of fine managed pressure drilling and underbalanced drilling were put forward in horizontal well.Field results in two wells showed that pressure control method of fine managed pressure drilling could accurately control different loss point pressure,and utmostly decrease leakage under the condition of the well control safety.Pressure control method on underbalanced drilling could discover on time and effectively protect hydrocarbon reservoir,and prevent mud loss.The methods of pressure control in the horizontal well could instruct in-situ drilling work,and provide technological supports for pressure control in Tarim oilfield.
