摘要 我国大部分煤矿都属于高瓦斯矿井,瓦斯超标是影响矿井安全生产的主要安全隐患之一。矿井通风系统承担着从井下排出有毒气体、提供新鲜空气的重要任务。而目前我国大部分矿井所使用的通风设备都是上世纪的产品,普遍比较陈旧,存在各种不足,尤其是需要停风倒机,而且倒机时间过长。从而导致矿井短时间通风能力不足,井底瓦斯含量瞬时集聚超标而产生巨大安全隐患,严重威胁矿井安全生产和矿工人身安全。通过运用ZKKG-1型矿井主扇风机不停风倒机系统实现了通风机的快速切换,倒机时间缩短,将原主扇通风机倒机时间由现在的五分钟以上甚至十分钟,缩短到一分钟左右甚至更短。使得主扇通风机倒机这个安全的薄弱环节得到了改善,对矿井的安全生产有着巨大的意义。 Most of our coal mines belong to high-gas coal mine. Gas exceeded is one of the security risks for mine safety production. The mine ventilation system undertakes the important task of discharging toxic gases and supplying fresh air from the underground. Most of ventilation systems of mine are the products of the last century, so they are generally older and have various shortcomings, especially they need down machine and the time is too long, which results not enough ventilation capacity in a short period and the instantaneous agglomeration of the gas in the bottom of the well, so it will produce a huge security risk for the safety production and the miners' personal safety. To achieve the rapid switching of the ventilator, this paper used the ZKKG-1 inverted machine system of the main fan ventilator to keep the wind of the mine. This system reduced the time to a minutes or less from more than five minutes to ten minutes, and improved this weak link, so it has great significance for the safety production of the mine.
